Dr. Mu-Min Chen is the Director in the Integrated Diplomacy Program at DIMEs Center, Taiwan Think Tank.
He is also the professor at Graduate Institute of International Politics and the Vice Dean of the College of Law and Politics, National Chung Hsing University.

Prior to joining DIMEs, he served as Deputy Representative of the Taipei Economic and Cultural Center in Delhi, the official Taiwan mission to India.

Dr. Chen’s research expertise and professional experience spans China-Taiwan relations, China-India relations, China’s political & economic development, non-traditional security, post-positivist theories of international relations, and regional studies of South Asia & the Middle East.

Dr. Chen’s academic work and policy commentaries have appeared in various journals and media such as Issues & Studies, Taiwan Strategists, and Prospect Journal. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the Graduate School of International Studies, University of Denver.
