Dr. Hahn-Ming Lee is the Convener of the Advisory Committee of DIMEs Center, Taiwan Think Tank.

He is also the distinguished university professor at the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taiwan University of Science and Engineering.

Prior to joining DIMEs, he served as a senior advisor of Taiwan’s National Security Council (NSC)(2020-2024), where he drafted and monitored the implementation of Taiwan’s cyber-security strategy. Dr. Lee’s research expertise and professional experience spans artificial intelligence, digital convergence, information security, neutral networks, science & technology policy, and web-based intelligent systems.

Prior to working at NSC, he served as the Deputy Executive Secretary of the Science and Technology Advisory Group at the Executive Yuan(2002-2004), where he helped launch the E-Taiwan project. Dr. Lee holds the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taiwan University in 1991.
