Dr. Chung-Chih LEE is the Deputy Convenor of the Strategic Industries Program at the DIMEs Center, Taiwan Think Tank.

He is also the Deputy Director of Inner Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Prior to joining DIMES, he served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at GEOSAT Aerospace & Technology Inc. and was the Secretary General of the Taiwan National Drone Industry Association at the Asia UAV AI Innovation Application R&D Center in Chiayi County.

Additionally, he has held positions as the Vice President of Telecom Technology Center (TTC) and the Vice President of Radio Taiwan International (RTI), as well as a Senior Specialist at the National Communications Commission (NCC). In these roles, Dr. LEE focused on the development of Taiwan’s drone industry and national security affairs, while also being familiar with Taiwan’s media landscape and communication policies.”

Dr. LEE holds a Ph.D. in Ethnology from National Chengchi University (NCCU). In his early research, he focused on the development of indigenous peoples and ethnic conflicts. He has also worked in public service, holding senior civil service positions at the Executive Yuan, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Education, and the Kaohsiung City Government.

He has a long-standing interest in government economic development and regional development, as well as familiarity with internal control and policy scheduling within government organizations.
